Access cards and clickers (if ordered) are the devices required for entry.
Call 504-364-1370 or E-mail parkshomeowners@gmail.com to get information about access cards and clickers.

Entry: The cards are proximity cards. Place your card near the square black card reader on side of the call box. The clickers will work from around 50’ before you reach the call box.

Gates Equipped With Anti-Tailgate Device:

PLEASE DO NOT TAILGATE AS THIS COULD CAUSE CONSIDERABLE DAMAGE TO THE GATE SYSTEM AND YOUR VEHICLE!

Exit: Pull up to the exit gate and the in-ground exit loop will open the gate automatically. CAUTION – The exit gate opens inward. Do not go past the stop sign until the gate is completely open.

Visitor Access:
Residents will be listed on the directory. Your visitor will scroll to your name and press the call button. This connects two way communications from the call box to the number you provided (either your home telephone or cell phone). If you wish to grant access to the visitor, press the number 9 on your phone keypad. If you do not wish to grant access, simply hang up.

Newspaper Delivery, Private School Buses, Etc.:
You will need to notify this office if a provider services your home on a regular basis when the gate is closed. We will assign them a Vendor Code. Send us their name, phone number, and the type of service they provide. We will only accept requests from residents, so please do not ask the provider to call us direct – we will not issue them a code.

Malfunction:
Remove screw on dome cap of motor box next to gate and pull the red handle. If you experience problems with the gate (malfunction only), press the call button associated with our resident volunteer – (Brian Ballay). Report the issue to 504-364-1370.
