All plans are designed with the aid of the very best CAD (computer aided design) programs available, “ARRIS for Windows”. By designing with ARRIS, DesignTech’s professionals can create a drawing that you can view anywhere, at home, in an office or on the job site, unlike hand drawn, faded-out plans. The text is legible, and the dimensioning and editing are more accurate due to our state of the art CAD system. All of our plans are designed with the current 2009 IRC code in mind, to aid your engineer with his foundation and structural design needed for permitting.
